With this we can draw contextual connections with the times to guide the client through the process that evokes their aspirations and make them come to life.
We have moved away from traditional architectural design software for conceptualization to embrace robust and quick code-based design to eliminate the current deficiencies and limitations in geometry creation. This way we can easily go beyond the client’s imaginations and aspirations.
Computation
Through computational algorithms we can generate real-time and accurate information for clients so that they can run financial analyses sooner in the project. This comes with rapid adaptability of feedback throughout the design process. Design exploration should not be limited to workforce and time - through genetic algorithms we are able to optioneer all design possibilities for the client given all the constraints defined in the brief.
Big Data
Advances in technology have created a vastly changing environment. The world is quickly adapting to this new environment and this has created new complex design needs and expectations. Consequently, there’s a plethora of data to process during the design process to focus on simultaneously. To accommodate this, we are constantly creating and evolving algorithms that manage this big data and process it into information that can be directly fed the design process.
Building Performance
We analyze building performance during design, focusing on how different building program interacts with different climatic conditions and how it affects occupants’ comfort. We are able to run quantitative and qualitative energy and human experience simulations for the most ideal and cost-effective internal environment
Virtual Reality
We engage clients and other stakeholders with real time authentic, interactive and immersive Virtual Reality renderings of design options. We thus involve the clients within the process using comparative methodology where clients can make decisions while fully immersed into the design thus able to make informed decisions. Photo-realistic renderings are produced for marketing once the vision has been locked.
BIM
Using the industry standard BIM software Revit, we are able to design and model using current industry data as embedded metadata and constraints to avoid unforeseen expensive design changes later in the project. Through the server and the Cloud, we collaborate through work sharing and team-work for quick and efficient documentation and drawing production for site execution and supervision.
