Research
We begin with an extensive study of inherent factors existing within the context market and establish the needs of the client and project program. The design solution is thus birthed as a contextually relevant product that inspires the client vision while remaining justified through data and analysis that assures its lifetime sustainability.
The Charette
The charette, also known as ‘think tank sessions’, is a key process where brainstorming seances are held with all disciplines and the client involved to ensure that all parties absorb the shared project vision. It includes: Listening, Collaborating, Creating and Problem solving resulting in a refined product that has won buy-in from the client.
Design Development
We develop the concept ideas into easily understandable vision outlay through photo-realistic renders, animations, virtual reality presentations and other marketing collateral. We seek as a core objective to translate the shared client vision and solutions sought in the research through an extraordinary landmark building's that competes for its mark and makes a statement within its context.
Construction Documentation
We prepare clear and thorough drawings and documentation to guide the client through all procurement and construction processes to bring to reality the ideas developed on paper.
Getting it Built
We conduct thorough and structured supervision of all building elements throughout the construction process to deliver a world-class building that exemplifies the aspirations of the client.
