Upon successful completion of Mayfair in Kigali, the Client acquired the adjacent plot and commissioned Aspera Design to design a Sequel namely; Lakewood Golf Suites.

 

The building was designed to complement the architectural formation and minimize obstruction of the golf views of the adjacent Mayfair Apartments. The resultant form is a double curved building, with all apartments getting glimpses of the golf view.

Our design cascaded the premium 2- and 3-bedroom apartments on the gradual slope of the site. We crafted the open plan living spaces to take advantage of the sweeping views. Floor to ceiling windows were employed in concert with balconies to afford all living areas with expansive views of the city skyline and sprawling golf course. All bedrooms are en-suite and were positioned along the façade in such a way as to be bathed with ample natural light. Our intention was to have residents of Lakewood Golf Suites enjoy the therapeutic effects of warm tones at dawn and dusk. Overall, the architectural design is light, spacious, modern.

Every aspect of Lakewood Golf Suites Apartments is constructed to imbue the freedom and serenity afforded by the refinement of contemporary living.
